Evaluators are needed from each of the eight AMATYC Regions. The Evaluators will examine the entries from their Region in order to determine the 3 Regional Finalists who will qualify for the top national prizes. Each of the Regional Finalists will be recognized and will receive SRL t-shirts.

The first round of evaluations will be following the entry deadline (mid-April) and will be completed by June 15th. All entries will be evaluated on an 'ABC' scale.

A = Excellent submittal, should be consider for Regional Finalist

B = Good submittal, but has room for improvement

C = Submittal was lacking in appropriate content and/or formatting and style

The Evaluators will also provide at least one Strength and one Critique for each entry.

The Regional Finalists will be ranked together and approximately 10 of those will move forward to be evaluated for the national prizes.

The second round of evaluations will be completed by a group of STEM professionals. They will fill out this form for each entry forwarded to them. The evaluations will be completed by August 15th. Once the results are determined, the Regional Finalists will each be notified whether they were in that top 10. If so, they will receive their evaluations for the second round and be notified if they will receive any of the top three national awards.
